General Cancellation Policy:
1. Free cancellation: if you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled activity due to force majeure, such as serious illness, COVID-19, etc. (medical proof only).
The amount deposited as a reservation will not be refunded for any other reason or during any other period.
b. In the event that weather conditions are not optimal for the route or the activity, the date will be changed or 100% of the amount deposited as a reservation will be refunded.
2. In the case of transportation included in the service: if you do not show up at the specified time and place for the reserved activity or for the departure point, the transportation will not wait. The user will not be entitled to a refund of any amounts previously paid for the contracted service. (Please note that buses/boats may experience occasional delays; pickup times are indicative and not contractual)
3. Pickups may occasionally be slightly delayed from the scheduled time. In this case, no compensation will be given, as the tour schedule will not be affected. This also does not exempt the user from waiting at the indicated point.
Cancellations by SALINS: The company reserves the right to cancel due to force majeure, such as weather warnings, lack of participants on the excursion, errors, or any other cause. In such cases, the company will notify its clients and will immediately refund any payments made, if applicable. By accepting these terms and conditions, you release the aforementioned company from any claim or complaint in this regard.
